This rare vintage pair of Gothic Revival cast iron wall candle sconces are marked “SM Cathedral 1948â€. These are substantial cast iron pieces with a matte black finish and lovely architectural detail throughout. Original age-related wear and light surface rust/patina consistent with vintage condition adds to their character.
They have a beautiful dark, moody aesthetic that works perfectly with Gothic, dark academia, medieval, ecclesiastical, cottagecore or antique-inspired decor.
