Large Italian Majolica Grape Wall Plate – Ceramiche Giacomini Orvieto Hand Painted 14"

This beautiful hand painted Italian majolica wall plate was made by Ceramiche Giacomini in Orvieto, Italy. The center features a woven basket overflowing with grapes and vine leaves. The colors on this piece are amazing, deep blues, bright yellow, and rich purple grapes with handpainted highlights. The brushwork in the grapes and basket really shows the handmade quality. It measures about 14 inches in diameter, making it a great size for wall display in a kitchen, dining room, or wine nook. There's a hanger already attached on the back so it’s ready to hang.

Very good vintage condition overall. Colors are bright and glaze is glossy. A few small dings on the front and signs of age on the back consistent with display and storage, but nothing that detracts from the presentation. See photos.
